Teri Mallonee Promoted to Assistant Vice President, Operations For St. John Properties, Inc.

BALTIMORE, MD (June 18, 2013) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based real estate development and management company, has promoted Teri Mallonee to Assistant Vice President, Operations. Ms. Mallonee has worked for the company since 2007.

Ms. Mallonee will continue her responsibilities in planning, directing and coordinating internal operational functions of St. John Properties in support of the company’s continuing growth. Her roles include assisting in the formulation of human resources policies, processes and tools to maintain department performances, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations of the company’s personnel, fleet operations and administration areas.

Ms. Mallonee earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore and her Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. She resides in the White Marsh area of Baltimore County.
