Harrisburg (October 27, 2016) — Len Cowitch, who has been deployed since January 7 and has seen his 7-year-old daughter Isabella and wife Angela only once since, surprises them at Bass Pro Shops at Harrisburg Mall as Isabella has her picture taken with Santa Claus.
