Baltimore, MD (March 1, 2107) — My Bike Shop, which sells new and pre-owned triathlon, road and cyclocross bicycles, has leased space at Liberty Exchange that will allow the shop to expand its e-commerce business.
The store, which is relocating from Main Street in Sykesville, will lease 5,460 square feet in the St. John Properties-owned mixed-use development in Eldersburg. That development consists of more than 155,000 square feet of office, research and development and retail space.
“We have a healthy and growing backlog of e-commerce demand, which is driven internationally, so our first priority remains to fulfill those orders in a timely fashion. But we recognize the value of a retail venue to provide immediate product to consumers, and we are committed to completing this portion of the space as quickly as possible,” My Bike Shop Vice President Brian Richards said in a statement. “We believe our location is strategically located to address the cycling needs of consumers throughout a one hundred-mile radius.”
