BALTIMORE, MD – National commercial real estate development and management company St. John Properties, Inc., has promoted DJ Andrew to Senior Vice President of Property Management.  With more than 12 years of commercial real estate and business-related experience, DJ joined St. John Properties in 2022, and recently completed the company’s immersive four-year Partner-in-Training Program.

In his new role, DJ will oversee all property management initiatives and lead a team of 60 professionals who provide comprehensive property management services to over 1,500 tenants across the company’s 15 million square foot Baltimore-area portfolio. His responsibilities include establishing and executing protocols that ensure high-quality interior and exterior environments for tenants, as well as administering proactive preventive maintenance initiatives. DJ will also oversee the budgeting process, manage third-party contractors, and lead efforts to strengthen tenant relationships.

DJ is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a dual-degree Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. He also earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

An actively engaged member of his community, DJ serves as a member of the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School’s Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory Board, and on the Board of Directors for the Baltimore County Police Foundation.
