St. John Properties, Inc. Promotes Nikki Goode, Steven Zahner, and Ryan Schwabenbauer to Vice President

BALTIMORE, MD – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and management company, has announced the promotion of Nikki Goode to Vice President of Taxation; Steven Zahner to Vice President of Landscape Planning & Design; and Ryan Schwabenbauer to Vice President of Sustainability.
Goode who has worked for the company since 2005, oversees and implements all corporate tax strategies and management, and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate and financial accounting experience. Formerly Assistant Vice President of Taxation, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
Formerly Assistant Vice President of Landscape Planning & Design, Zahner joined St. John Properties in 2014 and has more than 25 years of professional design experience. He supervises the planning and execution of the comprehensive hardscape, landscape, and public space design for the company’s portfolio across the country. Zahner received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, and a licensed landscape architect.
Schwabenbauer directs all aspects of the company’s sustainability program nationwide, with a mission of implementing protocols to conserve energy and natural resources, developing and constructing environmentally friendly buildings, and executing a feasible and sustainable plan for green architecture. He has worked for St. John Properties since 2016 and has more than 24 years of experience in the sustainability industry. Schwabenbauer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
