St. John Properties Promotes Kori Walsh to Creative Project Manager

BALTIMORE, MDSt. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based commercial real estate development and management company, has announced the promotion of Kori Walsh to Creative Project Manager. Walsh joined the company in 2005 and was formerly Senior Graphic Designer.

Walsh, who has more than 20 years of graphic design experience, plays a key role in maintaining visual brand consistency across the company’s national portfolio. This includes engaging with internal departments and external vendors to develop and execute a wide range of signage needs. Walsh also demonstrates a strong understanding of sign ordinances across jurisdictions nationwide, enabling the strategic design and delivery of signage that both comply with local regulations and maximize visibility and branding.

Additionally, Walsh leads the coordination and layout of St. John Properties’ Tenant Digest magazine and supports marketing and leasing initiatives through the creation of signage renderings, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.

Walsh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts/Graphic Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Walsh is also an FAA certified UAS (Part 107) pilot and has been instrumental in creating the company’s drone policies and procedures.
