AUSTIN, TX – St. John Properties, Inc., a, full-service and vertically-integrated commercial real estate development and management company, has selected Joshua Rolfe as Leasing Representative in the company’s Austin Regional Office. Rolfe brings more than 10 years of directly related commercial real estate experience to the company and was formerly a Brokerage Advisor for ECR.   

Rolfe will oversee the leasing of St. John Properties’ portfolio of three business communities in the Georgetown and Leander submarkets. The company recently initiated speculative development on Phase I of Leander Tech Park, a project totaling nearly 110,000 square feet of flex/R&D and retail space. The two flex/R&D buildings at Leander Tech Park are expected to deliver next summer.

Additional St. John Properties developments in Central Texas includes a nearly 95,000-square-foot Class ‘A’ commercial office and retail building within the Northline mixed-use community in Leander, as well as Westinghouse Crossing, a Georgetown business community designed to accommodate approximately 240,000 square feet of flex/R&D and retail space.

In his role, Rolfe will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective tenants, as well as supporting existing clients with their commercial real estate needs. He will cultivate and maintain relationships with the regional commercial real estate brokerage community, while also collaborating closely with St. John Properties’ in-house team of construction, interior design, marketing, and property management teams.

Rolfe earned an accounting degree from Longwood University, and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
