Wesley Christensen joins St. John Properties as Project Manager of Construction. In his new position, Mr. Christensen will support the company’s in-house Construction division with tenant improvement and ground-up construction management tasks involving new flex/R&D, commercial office, retail and warehouse buildings. His responsibilities will encompass directing the efforts of third-party contractor groups and design vendors, interacting with project managers and maintaining schedules and budgets.

Mr. Christensen has worked in the real estate and construction management industries for more than 10 years, and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geophysics, where he participated on the Division I football team for two years. Bryan Moran joins St. John Properties as a Leasing Representative, and will assist with pro-active leasing activities designed to attract new clients to the company’s portfolio of commercial office, flex/R&D, retail and warehouse buildings properties. This includes canvasing the central Colorado region for prospective clients, generating leads for new business opportunities and forming new and strengthen existing relationships with commercial real estate brokerage professionals. He will also play a role in lease renewal negotiations.

Mr. Moran brings more than 10 years of business and related commercial real estate experience to this new position, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.“Bryan’s highly-diversified background, with an emphasis in real estate and financial services, makes him extremely qualifie to interact with clients spanning diversified industry sectors,” explained Jenkins. “We were especially drawn to his high energy, enthusiasm and strong communication skills which are all necessary to prosper in our fast-paced work environment with many responsibilities.
