BALTIMORE, MD (July 10, 2019) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has promoted Stephanie Ridgway to Assistant Project Manager. Formerly Interior Construction Coordinator, Ms. Ridgway has worked for the company since 2006.

In her new role, Ms. Ridgway will assist with functions within the Interior Construction Division related to client build-out activities, including coordination with the Leasing and Interior Design departments. This includes estimating, managing budgets and completing projects on time that satisfy project scopes for each assignment. She will also interact with outside vendors involved in the construction process.

“Stephanie is exceptionally detail-oriented and organized. Her extensive background assisting with complicated and time-sensitive client build-out assignments will benefit the company and our clients in this new role,” stated Tom Nelson, Vice President, Interior Construction for St. John Properties. “This promotion reflects her demonstrated ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and adhere to strict deadlines. Ms. Ridgway earned a Bachelor of  Science in Psychology from Towson University.
