BALTIMORE, MD (June 24, 2013) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based real estate development and management company, has promoted Tom Nelson to Director, Interior Construction. Mr. Nelson has worked for the company since 2009.

Mr. Nelson will continue his responsibilities in overseeing day-to-day functions of the company’s Interior Construction department. His roles include directing project managers and field crews in all tenant build-out activities, as well as establishing and maintaining budgets that satisfy project scopes for each assignment. He also interacts with St. John Properties’ administrative, interior design, asset management and leasing teams.

Mr. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture with a concentration in Urban Studies and City Planning from Columbia University in New York City. He resides in Baltimore City.
