BALTIMORE (January 16, 2018) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based real estate development, investment and management company, has promoted Sean Doordan to Senior Vice President, Acquisitions. Formerly Vice President, Acquisitions, Mr. Doordan has worked for the company since 2005.

Mr. Doordan will continue his role in the identification and evaluation of all real estate investment opportunities.  This includes overseeing the comprehensive due diligence efforts undertaken in the property and site analysis process, handling transaction negotiations, and closing activities. St. John Properties acquisitions include flex/R&D, office, and industrial space in addition to retail centers, shopping malls, apartments and joint venture opportunities.

Mr. Doordan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware and a Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University. He also earned a Master of Real Estate from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at Johns Hopkins University. He is active in a number of business and civic organizations including serving on the Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory Board for the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, as well as the Board of Directors for Providence Center and the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Doordan is also a member of NAIOP Maryland.
