St. John Properties, Inc. Promotes Jason Rohner to Assistant Project Manager

BALTIMORE, MD (October 30, 2020) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has announced the promotion of Jason Rohner to Assistant Project Manager in the Construction department. Mr. Rohner has worked with the company since 2017 and was formerly Project Engineer.

In his continuing role with the company, Mr. Rohner’s responsibilities include assisting in the management of ground-up construction activities for new Class “A” commercial office, flex/R&D and retail buildings throughout the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan region. This includes working with third-party design vendors, engineers and sub-contractor groups, managing construction budgets, interfacing with internal departments and completing the delivery of new assets to the St. John Properties portfolio.

Mr. Rohner has more than five years of construction management experience and previously held project engineer positions with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and James G. Davis Construction. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
