Brad Freeman Selected as Property Manager for Northern Virginia and Central Maryland
FREDERICK, MD (January 28, 2019) – St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development company, has selected Brad Freeman as Property Manager for the portion of its portfolio in Northern Virginia and Central Maryland. He was formerly Facilities Manager for Shockey Properties.
In his new position, Mr. Freeman will handle the day-to-day property management functions for approximately 2,000,000 square feet of the company’s portfolio of commercial office, flex, warehouse, and retail properties situated in the Northern Virginia and Central Maryland. This includes interacting with tenants to manage their day-to-day real estate needs, overseeing maintenance projects, adhering to budgets and supervising improvement programs that assure the long-term value of each asset.
Mr. Freeman brings more than 11 years of progressive real estate and property management experience to the company, having also held project manager, engineering and facilities manager positions with The Opus Group, Northrup Grumman Corporation and Howard Shockey & Sons. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Science degree in Technical Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
