BALTIMORE (February 20, 2018) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based real estate development and management company, has promoted Stephanie Caronna to the position of Leasing Representative. Ms. Caronna, who has worked with the company since 2016, was formerly a Leasing Assistant.

In her new role, she will seek out prospective clients for the company’s portfolio of commercial properties situated throughout Anne Arundel County and Prince George’s County Maryland. This includes forming relationships with commercial real estate brokerage professionals, assisting with negotiations for new leases and renewals, and interacting with the company’s in-house legal counsel to negotiate lease documents.

“During her short tenure as a leasing assistant with our company, Stephanie quickly established herself as a self-starter with tremendous enthusiasm and a strong work ethic,” stated Richard Williamson, Senior Vice President of Leasing and Marketing for St. John Properties. “These attributes will serve her extremely well in her expanded role with increased responsibilities, and the promotion reflects the long-term value we believe Stephanie will bring to the company.”

Ms. Caronna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University and is currently pursuing her MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business. Ms. Caronna volunteers for Thread, Inc., a Baltimore City-based non-profit with a mission to improve the lives of local high school students.
