St. John Properties Selects Michelle Rudd as Director of Finance

BALTIMORE, MD – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based, full-service commercial real estate development and management company that has developed over 24 million square feet across 12 states, has selected Michelle Rudd as Director of Finance. Rudd brings more than 23 years of diversified asset management, commercial real estate, and financial experience to the company.
Rudd will act as the primary liaison to the company’s Executive Vice President of Finance in handling St. John Properties’ national loan portfolio. Her responsibilities include managing financial forecasting and preparing annual and quarterly reporting, ensuring that all records are maintained accurately and promptly submitted to lending partners, and assembling underwriting packages for all commercial real estate properties. Rudd will also interface with the company’s internal accounting and property management teams.
Rudd earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Marymount University, a Master of Real Estate from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
