BALTIMORE, MD (April 30, 2019) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has promoted Sean Doordan to Senior Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions. Mr. Doordan has worked for the company since 2005 and was formerly Senior Vice President, Acquisitions.

In addition to overseeing Company acquisitions, Mr. Doordan’s increased responsibilities will include the management of the leasing, space planning, interior design and marketing departments. This includes directing all broker and client relation activities, and formulating advertising and public relations.

Mr. Doordan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware and a Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University. He also earned a Master of Real Estate from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at Johns Hopkins University. He is active in a number of business and civic organizations including serving on the Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory Board for the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, as well as the Board of Directors for Providence Center and the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Doordan is also a member of NAIOP Maryland.
