St. John Properties Selects Conor Reynolds as Project Manager, Interior Construction

BALTIMORE, MD (March 17, 2022) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and management company, has selected Conor Reynolds as Project Manager, Interior Construction. Reynolds brings nearly four years of business and construction management experience to this position, and formerly worked as a Project Engineer for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.

Reynolds will oversee tenant build-out activities for companies that have signed leases for new space with St. John Properties, as well as those expanding their presence in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. His responsibilities include coordinating construction schedules with third-party contractors, maintaining approved timelines and budgets, on-site troubleshooting, and assuring an efficient build-out process.

Reynolds earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from The Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. Reynolds also played on the university’s varsity baseball team during his undergraduate years at the school.
