FREDERICK, MD (July 15, 2021) – St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development, management and investment company, has announced the promotion of Casey Biesecker to Assistant Property Manager for the Virginia and Central Maryland Division.  Ms. Biesecker joined the company in 2019 and was formerly working as a Property Administrator.

In her new position, Ms. Biesecker will assist with day-to-day property and asset management responsibilities for a portion of the St. John Properties portfolio of Class ‘A’ commercial office, flex/R&D and retail space situated throughout the Northern Virginia and Central Maryland region. This includes creating and maintaining best-in-class interior and exterior work environments to meet the needs of clients, overseeing pro-active capital improvement programs and interacting with tenants to assure complete client satisfaction.

Prior to joining St. John Properties, Ms. Biesecker worked as a Paralegal for a law firm in Montgomery County and as a Logistics Coordinator for a home delivery company in Frederick. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
