BALTIMORE, MD – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based commercial real estate development and management company has announced the promotion of Cindy Wills to Accounts Receivable Supervisor for the Property Management division. Wills joined the company in 2003 and has more than 20 years of experience in property management.

Wills provides oversight on the company’s accounts receivable activities at the Baltimore headquarters while also supporting 15 satellite offices throughout the country. Her responsibilities include identifying and resolving account discrepancies, processing invoices, ensuring timely collection of rent payments, report preparation, and assisting with coordination of all tenant communications necessary to administer lease terms and reconcile accounts. She also collaborates with in-house property managers and financial specialists to maintain accurate reporting and resolve issues.

Wills earned a degree in Business Administration from Towson University.
