BALTIMORE, MD – St. John Properties, Inc a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and management company, has announced the promotion of Alex Lyons to Assistant Vice President, Acquisitions and Liane Reese to Assistant Vice President, Property Management.

Alex Lyons is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities through site analysis, due diligence, transaction negotiations, and closing. The company remains aggressive in pursuing value-add and ground-up development projects across flex/R&D, office, warehouse/industrial, retail, and multifamily assets, as well as land holdings and joint venture opportunities.

Lyons joined St. John Properties in 2016 and has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction. He earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering and Management for Engineers from Bucknell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

She prioritizes strong client relationships and ensures every building operates at the company’s highest standards. Through her hands-on leadership and commitment to exceptional customer care, Reese enhances the overall tenant experience while preserving the long-term quality and appeal of each asset.

Reese joined the company in 2017 and has more than 24 years experience in asset and property management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
