St. John Properties Promotes Eric Llewellyn to Director, Retail Leasing

BALTIMORE, MDSt. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based commercial real estate development and management company active in 12 states with a national portfolio valued at more than $5 billion, has announced the promotion of Eric Llewellyn to Director, Retail Leasing. Llewellyn joined the company in 2018 and has more than 11 years of retail leasing and marketing experience.

St. John Properties established its in-house Retail Leasing Division in 2007 and has since expanded its Maryland and Pennsylvania retail portfolio to more than 1.5 million square feet. The portfolio includes standalone retail centers such as Lakeshore Plaza in Anne Arundel County and Lisbon Center in Howard County, along with free-standing pad sites, inline multi-tenant buildings, and ground-level amenity spaces that support tenants within the company’s commercial office and mixed-use business communities.

Llewellyn is part of the team responsible for identifying and securing prospective retail tenants that will diversify St. John Properties’ retail centers and provide complementary amenities for its business communities. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from Towson University. He is a member of commercial real estate association NAIOP Maryland and ICSC, the trade group serving the retail real estate sector.
