BALTIMORE, MD (September 24, 2020) – St. John Properties, Inc. a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has promoted Mark Hadaway to Senior Project Manager in the company’s Interior Construction group. Mr. Hadaway has worked with the company since 2000 and formerly functioned as Project Manager and prior to that as a Building Engineer.

Mr. Hadaway will continue to manage the interior construction build-out activities for clients throughout the St. John Properties portfolio in the Maryland region. This includes acting as a liaison between the company and third-party subcontractors in the daily oversight of construction activities, in addition to managing budgets, schedules and safety protocols.

Mr. Hadaway has more than 20 years of construction management experience.
