BALTIMORE, MD (July 18, 2019) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has promoted Rob Cancelliere to Senior Property Manager. Formerly Property Manager, Mr. Cancelliere has worked with the company since 2014.

Mr. Cancelliere will continue his role overseeing the day-to-day property management functions for more than 1.6 million square feet of Class “A” commercial office, Flex/R&D and retail space contained throughout the St. John Properties portfolio in Anne Arundel County. This includes immediately responding to the needs of clients leasing space within the portfolio, implementing capital improvement programs, negotiating and supervising service contracts, preparing and adhering to budgets and managing client relations activities.

Mr. Cancelliere earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Towson University.
