Buffalo Wild Wings Go to Open First Mid-Atlantic Location at Windsor Office Park

Franchise owners Ranmeet Singh and Manki Suri sign 1,396 square foot lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for delivery and take-out concept at 2835 N. Rolling Road

BALTIMORE, MDBuffalo Wild Wings Go, the compact delivery and takeout format of the national casual dining and sports bar franchise, has selected Windsor Office Park in Baltimore County for its inaugural Mid-Atlantic location. Franchise owners Ranmeet Singh and Manki Suri have signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 1,396 square feet of space at the 10-acre mixed-use business community in Windsor Mill. The concept will employ approximately 10 people and is expected to in early 2024. Eric Llewellyn of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Rachel Klein of KLNB Retail represented the tenant in this transaction.

With prototypical Buffalo Wild Wings Go concepts sized at approximately 1,800 square feet of space, the new quick-serve format offers the classic favorites like chicken wings and tenders, tater tots, fried pickles, onion rings, cheese curds and a variety of drinks. Less than two dozen seats are contained within each store, and all include heated lockers from which customers can retrieve pickup orders.

The Windsor Office Park Buffalo Wild Wings Go location is the first store in an expected five to seven location roll-out for the local franchise group, which also operates gas station and convenience store franchises throughout Anne Arundel County. Buffalo Wild Wings Go will be located at 2835 N. Rolling Road, a 9,425 square foot free-standing inline retail building.

Situated at the intersection of North Rolling Road and Windsor Boulevard, nearly 20,000 vehicles pass the site daily. Windsor Office Parkv includes two single-story office buildings totaling more than 60,000 square feet of space, as well as a free-standing Wawa convenience store and gas station. The site centrally located along I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) between Liberty Road and Security Blvd, is four miles from Interstate 70, and seven miles from Interstate 95.
