Annie Luttrell Joins St. John Properties as Development Manager

BALTIMORE, MD – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and management company that has developed over 24 million square feet across 12 states, has hired Anneliese (Annie) Luttrell as Development Manager. Luttrell has more than 10 years of experience in the land development and construction management industries.
Luttrell represents the newest member of the company’s in-house development team, which is responsible for overseeing site design and permitting processes. In her new role, she will oversee and manage third-party design, planning, and legal professionals, in concert with St. John Properties’ in-house civil engineering and landscape design teams as projects advance through the entitlement and permitting process.
Luttrell earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and is a licensed engineer in the State of Maryland.
