St. John Properties, Inc. has announced the initiation of construction on Windsor Office Park, a 10-acre mixed-use business community located at the intersection of Lord Baltimore Drive and Windsor Boulevard in Baltimore County.
St. John Properties, Inc. has announced its intentions to construct up to twenty-three new commercial office buildings in the Baltimore-Washington, D.C.-Northern Virginia area, totaling more than one million square feet of space, at an estimated cost of approximately $80 million in 2006.
After developing and successfully leasing nearly 11 million square feet of single-story, flex/office space throughout five states, St. John Properties, Inc. recognized it was time to slightly alter its course.
