St. John Properties, a development and investment company, has tapped Brandon Jenkins to lead its business in Colorado.
The Baltimore-based firm said this week it promoted Jenkins to regional partner. In his new role, Jenkins, who joined St. John in 2014 and completed its partner-in-training program, will oversee the company’s development-and-acquisition activities in Colorado and direct the marketing, leasing and asset management functions of St. John’s portfolio of 900,000 square feet of office, warehouse and flex space located throughout the Denver area.
Jenkins said he is passionate about the real estate industry and that his experience in architecture, urban planning, design and development allow him “to take a well-rounded approach to my work.”
St. John opened its Denver office in 1987, and its holdings there include Corporate Center, Sixth Avenue Place and Walnut Creek Business Park.
Since beginning its partner-in-training program, St. John has used it to identify new leaders and launch regional offices in Louisiana, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin, in addition to Colorado.
