BALTIMORE (September 6, 2018) – St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service real estate development, investment and management company headquartered in Baltimore, has named Eric Llewellyn as Retail Leasing Representative. He was formerly Leasing Associate for Kimco Realty Corporation.

In his new role, Mr. Llewellyn will support the leasing and lease renewal activities for the St. John Properties retail portfolio consisting of more than two million square feet of space in the Maryland, Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia areas. This includes educating the retail brokerage community about retail opportunities throughout the portfolio, identifying prospective retail clients, handling lease negotiations, and assisting with current client relations.

Mr. Llewellyn brings more than four years of direct real estate experience to St. John Properties, having also completed internships with Birchwood Capital Partners, Continental Realty Corporation and Workshop Development. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from Towson University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
