Mr. Foit brings more than five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to the organization.

In his new role, Mr. Foit will seek out prospective clients for the company’s portfolio of commercial real estate properties situated throughout the Northern Virginia and Central Maryland marketplace encompassing nearly two million square feet of space. His responsibilities will entail expanding relationships with commercial real estate brokerage professionals, caring for existing clients in the company’s portfolio, negotiating new leases and renewals, coordinating and collaborating with in-house design, construction, marketing, and property management professionals, and analyzing new markets and product types for portfolio expansion. .
