Jones joined the company in 2016 and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and served on both the in-house Property Management and Interior Construction teams.

In his continuing role, Jones will oversee the completion of tenant build-out projects across St. John Properties’ portfolio of business communities throughout the greater Baltimore area. His responsibilities include managing on-site construction activities, serving as the primary liaison with third-party subcontractors, coordinating with tenants throughout the tenant build-out process, and ensuring projects are delivered to completion. Jones also collaborates closely with the company’s in-house leasing and interior design teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
