BALTIMORE, MD – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based commercial real estate development and management company with 16 offices throughout the country, has announced the promotion of Lacey Johansson to Vice President, Leasing. Johansson joined the company in 2012 and has more than 23 years of real estate, marketing, and sales experience.

Johansson oversees leasing for nearly 3.5 million square feet of commercial office and flex/R&D space within business communities across the Baltimore region, including a large presence in the BWI Business Corridor. Her responsibilities include representing the company in lease negotiations, the pursuit of new tenants for the company’s portfolio, and managing existing client relationships. Johansson also maintains strong relationships with local brokerage professionals and is active in the mentoring of participants in the company’s Partner in Training program.  

Johansson earned a Bachelor’s in Business with a concentration in Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration from Mount St. Mary’s University. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. Johansson is a member of NAIOP Maryland, the local chapter of the international commercial real estate development association, serves on The BWI Business Partnership Board of Directors as Secretary, and is a member of the University of Baltimore’s Real Estate Advisory Board.
