The Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards were held November 21, 2024 at Capital One Hall in Tysons, Virginia.

The event recognizes and celebrates significant new contributions to Northern Virginia by the commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate community. As the Chapter’s premier event, the awards program demonstrates the dedication of outstanding individuals who provide contributions to the built environment.

Ashburn Crossing is an 80-acre business community located in the heart of Virginia’s hi-tech business corridor. The Loudoun County project will feature more than a half million square feet of LEED certified flex/R&D space across 11 buildings on completion.
