Chip Benhoff Selected as Property Manager for St. John Properties, Inc.
BALTIMORE (October 14, 2011) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based real estate development and management company, has selected Chip Benhoff as a Property Manager. He was formerly Assistant Property Manager for Hearn Burkley.
In his new position, Mr. Benhoff is responsible for overseeing operations of a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of flex, office and retail space at a dozen St. John Properties business parks, most of which are located in Baltimore County. This includes preparing and overseeing budgets for properties, implementing on-going capital improvements and negotiating and supervising service contracts. Mr. Benhoff will also assume tenant relations activities and work with the firm’s lease administration department concerning billing and accounts receivable functions.
Mr. Benhoff, who earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in real estate from Clemson University, resides in Canton.
