BALTIMORE, MD (November 20, 2020) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has selected Aaron Carroll as Leasing Representative. Mr. Carroll spent the past two years working as an Associate in the Columbia, Maryland office of commercial real estate brokerage firm NAI KLNB.

In preparation for his new role with St. John Properties, Mr. Carroll will initially complete a two-year in-house training program to learn the intricacies of property management and the tenant improvement function from a landlord perspective. Upon conclusion, his primary duties will entail canvasing the Southern Maryland market for prospective clients to lease space within the company’s portfolio of commercial office assets. Mr. Carroll will also generate leads for new business opportunities, form new and strengthen existing relationships with commercial real estate brokerage professionals and assist with new lease and lease renewal negotiations.

In addition to working with NAI KLNB, Mr. Carroll brings more than five years of business and real estate-related experience to St. John Properties. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Economics, with a minor in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University. Mr. Carroll, who was named an All-American by US Lacrosse, played on the Wesleyan men’s lacrosse team, and was named team captain his senior year.
