St. John Properties, Inc. Promotes Michael Dickson to Assistant Vice President, Construction
BALTIMORE, MD (September 18, 2020) – St. John Properties, Inc. a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has promoted Michael Dickson to Assistant Vice President, Construction. Formerly Director of Construction, Mr. Dickson has worked with the company since 2001.
Mr. Dickson’s responsibilities involve the day-to-day management of ground-up construction activities for commercial office, Flex/R&D, retail and industrial/warehouse buildings located throughout the Maryland region. His functions include working directly with construction subcontractors, project managers and third-party engineers and architects to facilitate all construction activities and maintain on-time and on-budget deliveries.
Mr. Dickson has an extensive construction management background spanning more than 26 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Michigan University and received his LEED, AP designation from the United States Green Building Council.
