BALTIMORE, MD (June 2, 2014) – St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development and management company headquartered in Baltimore, has promoted William (Bill) Russell to Director of Acquisitions. Mr. Russell, who joined the organization in 2012 as Director-Harrisburg Mall, has nearly 30 years of diversified real estate experience in the commercial office, mixed-use and residential product sectors.

In his new role, Mr. Russell will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential land and building acquisition opportunities. In addition, Mr. Russell will continue to oversee the Harrisburg Mall, a one million square foot regional retail project in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Russell was formerly Vice President of Property Management and Development at Hill Management Service, Inc. in Baltimore. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the former Towson State University with a concentration in Marketing and Personnel Management. Currently a resident of Finksburg, Maryland, he is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Maryland.
