Taco Bell and Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer Officially Open at Harrisburg Mall

BALTIMORE, MD (May 2, 2013) – Fast-casual restaurant Taco Bell and a Premium Verizon Wireless Retailer have opened at Harrisburg Mall, a one million square foot regional retail project located on Paxton Street in Harrisburg and co-owned and managed by the partnership group of St. John Properties, Inc. and Petrie Ross Ventures.

Taco Bell offers a variety of Mexican-style menu items including burritos, tacos, gorditas, salads, nachos and other specialty items and is located in the Mall’s Food Court. The Premium Verizon Wireless Retailer offers the latest in smartphones, basic phones, prepay, home phone, home Internet, tablets and accessories. Store services include on-site bill payment, data transfer, price plan changes, small and medium business discounts and technical support. The Verizon store in contained in the Mall’s Lower Level near Center Court.

Located on a 61-acre parcel on Paxton Street off Exit 45 of Interstate 83 and anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Macy’s and Regal Cinemas, Harrisburg Mall has approximately 70 tenants, also including Aeropostale, Bath and Body Works, Champs Sports, Claire’s, Express, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, New York and Company, Radio Shack, Victoria’s Secret and others. Books and music retailer 2nd and Charles is expected to open later this month. Free-standing Toys “R” Us and Applebee’s are also part of the tenant mix. One anchor store — previously occupied by Boscov’s until its corporate bankruptcy in 2008 — remains available for lease. The Mall received a $60 million exterior and interior renovation approximately five years ago.
