BALTIMORE (April 17, 2018) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based real estate development and management company, has promoted Steven Zahner to Director of Landscape Planning and Design. Mr. Zahner, who has worked with the company since 2014 and has more than 18 years of industry experience, was formerly Design Manager/Landscape Architect.

In his new role, Mr. Zahner will oversee the St. John Properties’ hardscape, landscape and public space design program and strategy that adds value to the company’s portfolio of mixed-use business communities; office and warehouse buildings and retail shopping centers. These duties encompass directing and interacting with outside design professionals and contractors to achieve the proper level of aesthetic appeal at each property.
