BALTIMORE, MD (August 19, 2014) – St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development and management company headquartered in Baltimore, has promoted Jennifer Sychuk to Vice President, Asset Management. Ms. Sychuk has worked for the company since 2002.

Ms. Sychuk, who was previously Assistant Vice President, Finance/Asset Management, is responsible for the financial analysis and valuation activities for the Company’s assets, which are valued at $2.5 billion and consist of more than 17 million square feet of space across eight states. Additionally, Ms. Sychuk determines the financial feasibility of all company acquisitions and dispositions.

Ms. Sychuk earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Additionally, she completed a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Baltimore. Ms. Sychuk resides in Kingsville, MD with her family.
