St. John Properties Selects Cassandra Buck as Contract Administrator / Paralegal
BALTIMORE, MD January 13, 2022) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has announced the hiring of Cassandra Buck as Contract Administrator/Paralegal. She formerly worked as a Paralegal for the Howard County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Buck will provide direct support to the company’s Director of Contracts by administering contracts as they relate to the acquisition, sale, lease or joint venture of land, as well as assisting with the preparation of land instruments. Her responsibilities include the drafting of contracts, related letters, amendments and supplemental agreements. Buck will also prepare contract summaries and order and review due diligence reports, judgments and surveys on land, entities and individuals.
Buck worked for the Howard County State’s Attorney’s Office for more than fifteen years in a variety of roles including functioning as a Legal Aide and Administrative Support Technician in the Circuit Court Division. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from York College of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts degree in Legal and Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore.
