BALTIMORE, MD (January 20, 2021) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has announced the promotion of Nikki Goode to Assistant Vice President, Taxation. Formerly Director of Taxation, Goode has worked for the company since 2005.

In her continuing role with the company, Goode will oversee and implement all corporate tax strategies and management. Goode has more than 16 years of commercial real estate and financial accounting experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.
