DENVER, CO – St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development and management company, has promoted Nicole Skorka to Director of Property Management in the Colorado regional office. Skorka joined the company as Property Manager in 2023 and has more than 12 years of property management, real estate, and business experience.

In her expanded role, Skorka will lead a team of property and asset management professionals responsible for maintaining operations and preserving the value of the company’s 1.4 million square foot portfolio of commercial office and flex/R&D business communities throughout the greater Denver area. Her responsibilities include ensuring best-in-class interior and exterior environments that meet the diverse needs of tenants, overseeing capital improvement programs, fostering strong tenant relationships to ensure complete client satisfaction, managing third-party vendors, and establishing and upholding budgets.

Skorka is a LEED Green Associate and a graduate of the ULI Colorado Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program, a comprehensive real estate development training initiative for women and people of color. She is also an active member of Denver Metro BOMA and currently serves on its board of directors.
