St. John Properties Leases 24,000 Square Feet of Space at Dolfield Business Park in Owings Mills

BALTIMORE (June 27, 2016) – St. John Properties, Inc. has attracted two new companies to Dolfield Business Park, a business community containing Class “A” commercial office and R&D/flex office space, and located near Red Run Boulevard in the Owings Mills section of Baltimore County. Tollos, Inc. signed a lease for 18,000 square feet of space within 8 Easter Court and Kershner Environmental Technologies, LLC leased 6,000 square feet of space at 11 Easter Court. Tollos manufactures and distributes safety solutions and safety products for the healthcare industry. Tollos’ patient handling, material handling, hygiene and bathroom safety, and infection control solutions and products significantly reduce caregiver injuries while also improving patient outcomes and facility economics. Over the last five years, Tollos has emerged as a leader in this market category and is known for its ceiling lifts, floor lifts, slide sheets and other transfer devices. The company also offers a wide range of bathing, showering and related hygiene products including specialty sinks, grab bars and wall-mounted shower seats. The company is a manufacturer’s representative firm that brings advanced water treatment systems, wastewater process and environmental technologies to projects throughout Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C. and portions of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

8 Easter Court, currently under construction, is a 35,360 square foot single-story Flex/R&D building that is expected to be delivered in early 2017, and 11 Easter Court is a 33,120 square foot Flex/R&D building. Upon completion, Dolfield Business Park will contain nearly 180,000 square feet of space. The business park is located approximately fifteen miles from downtown Baltimore and twenty miles from BWI airport.
