Provider of turnkey security solutions to the federal government signs 27,120 square foot lease with St. John Properties

BALTIMORE, MD (March 5, 2026) – Securityhunter, Inc., a leading provider of turnkey security solutions to the federal government, announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters, along with nearly 100 employees, to Windsor Corporate Park in Baltimore County. Founded in 1988 as a one-man burglar alarm company, the firm has signed a lease with St. John Properties for 27,120 square feet of flex/R&D space at 2520 Lord Baltimore Drive and plans to complete the relocation this summer. St. John Properties Leasing Representative Claire Metz represented the landlord, and Kevin Adams and Nathan Adams of Metropolitan Real Estate Services represented the tenant.

According to Securityhunter President and CEO Ross Nelson, the move became necessary due to the recent and expected future growth of the security systems provider which works with facilities nationally. The company will relocate its entire staff including its administrative and sales teams this summer. Securityhunter will also perform light assembly operations and utilize a portion of the space for warehousing and logistics.
