BALTIMORE, MD (July 8, 2019) – St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, has promoted Ryan Gittings to Director of Operations. Mr. Gittings has worked for the company since 2010 and was formerly Corporate Fleet Manager.

In his new capacity, Ms. Gittings will oversee a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiencies of the company including the implementation of new systems designed to save money or eliminate redundancies. This includes managing the corporate fleet program, handling negotiations with key vendor groups, reviewing and analyzing all operational aspects of the company and partaking in the implementation of employee development exercises.

Mr. Gittings earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Frostburg State University and is a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager from the National Association of Fleet Administrators.
