National residential window replacement company plans new location in Pleasant Grove

PLEASANT GROVE, UT – Performance Windows, a national residential window replacement company currently operating in seven states, has chosen Valley Grove, a mixed-use business community developed by St. John Properties, Inc., as the site of its new corporate headquarters. The group which employs more than 160 salespeople serving 12 national offices, signed a lease for 7,957 square feet of space within the 130-acre development in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Scott Gifford, Assistant Vice President of Leasing for St. John Properties represented the landlord, and Dave Clough of 21-Everest Commercial represented the tenant in this transaction.

According to Levi Henrie, CEO of Performance Windows, the new corporate office, at 2100 W. Pleasant Grove Boulevard, will house executive and management-level personnel and administrative staff to support the company’s national sales team, which continues to grow.

The building features 10–13-foot ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering views of the nearby mountains. The mixed-use business community, located directly adjacent to both Interstate 15 and Pleasant Grove Boulevard, is configured to support more than 1.5 million square feet of Class ‘A’ office, flex/R&D, and retail space, as well as a full-service hotel.

More than 225,000 vehicles pass Valley Grove via Interstate 15 on a daily basis, with an additional 60,000 vehicles driving by the site each day from Pleasant Grove Boulevard. The business community is situated 12 miles from Provo, 25 miles from Interstate 215, 35 miles from Salt Lake City and Salt Lake International Airport.
