ASHBURN, VA (October 15, 2012) – Performance Contracting Group (PCG) has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 12,840 square feet of space at Ashburn Technology Park, a 50-acre business community located near Washington Dulles International Airport in Ashburn, Virginia. This requirement adds to the 35,000 square of space that St. John Properties leased to three separate companies this summer at the Ashburn park.
