OptiVia Solutions Signs 12,315 Square Foot Lease for New Regional Office at Cromwell Business Park
OptiVia Solutions, LLC, a company engaged in the design, permitting, construction, and installation of automated teller machines (ATM) on a national scale, has chosen Cromwell Business Park in Anne Arundel County, Maryland as the site for its fourth regional office in the country. The Ohio-based company signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 12,315 square feet of space at 795 Cromwell Park Drive and intends to hire up to 20 employees. The office recently opened with approximately 10 people. OptiVia Solutions works with financial institutions, banks, credit unions, retail establishments and businesses to provide secure and reliable ATMs. The company, which operates regional offices in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Chicago, selected this location “to meet the increasing demand for ATM and bank equipment services in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area,” according to Lisa Smith, Market Leader, OptiVia, LLC, who has been chosen to oversee the new operation. “The new office strengthens the company’s footprint along the East Coast market where we continue to respond to new opportunities,” she said.

795 Cromwell Park Drive is a single-story building comprising 48,120 square feet of flex/R&D space. It is equipped with 16-foot ceiling heights, dock and drive-in loading capabilities, and wide truck courts at the rear of the building.
