54,000 Square Foot Full-Building Lease Signed at Annapolis Corporate Park

BALTIMORE, MD (November 10, 2021) – A tenant has signed a 50,400 square foot full-building lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for a new building that is currently under construction within Annapolis Corporate Park, a 29-acre mixed-use community in Anne Arundel County. St. John Properties has broken ground on the two-story building and two-level parking garage at the business park located at the intersection of Riva Road and Harry S Truman Parkway. The building at 189 Harry S Truman Parkway is expected to be delivered by mid-summer 2023.

St. John Properties reengineered a section of Annapolis Corporate Park to accommodate the real estate requirement.

Annapolis Corporate Park presently consists of two multi-story and two single-story commercial office buildings comprising of more than 250,000 square feet of space. Located directly off Harry S Truman Parkway near the intersection of Riva Road and immediately south of MD Route 50, the business community is less than five miles from downtown Annapolis.
