Residential homebuilder signs 14,600 square foot lease with St. John Properties at Annapolis Corporate Park      

BALTIMORE (February 1, 2018) – D. R. Horton, Inc., recognized among the largest residential homebuilding companies in the United States, has announced the relocation of its Mid-Atlantic Division regional offices from McLean, Virginia to a 14,600 square foot space within the Annapolis Corporate Park in Annapolis, Maryland. The company recently moved 95 employees to 181 Harry S Truman Parkway, a two-story, 64,000 square foot Class “A” office building. St. John Properties recently broke ground on a five-story class “A” office building in the project that will deliver in early 2019.
